Lecture on disaster management at Sendai Technical High School
Professor Kohei Cho and Professor Osamu Uchida were invited to give a lecture entitled “Glocal Monitoring: A New Approach to Disaster Monitoring” at Sendai Technical High School for the annual lecture session given on March 11, the day of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
