The Glocal Monitoring Project exhibited at the Tokai University Industry-Academia Collaboration Fair 2017, which was held on September 5 at the Tokai University Takanawa Campus. This fair is held every year to present the results of research conducted at the university that are expected to be put to practical use, and to provide opportunities for industry-university collaboration and technology transfer.

On the day of the exhibition, more than 60 research themes and results were displayed by the individual research units, which are groups organized by institutes and laboratories within the university, including this project. About 150 business people attended the event, and there was a lively exchange of opinions.

This project has attracted a great deal of interest from local governments and companies, and specific cooperative negotiations have since begun.
