Professor Kohei Cho gave a lecture at the NPO Kawasaki Citizens Academy. The purpose of the academy is to provide a place for the citizens of Kawasaki City and surrounding areas to continue learning in a highly professional manner and to contribute to the development of a local community that is healthy, rewarding, creative, and unique. The academy requested an easily comprehensible introduction of how global environmental changes can be captured from space, and so we held a lecture by Professor Cho and a tour of the Research and Information Center. About 50 participants attended the session.
